I acknowledge that submitting the Cookie Wishes Quote form does not guarantee my order. Invoices must be paid in full to confirm and finalize order. I allow Wish Upon A Cookie creative freedom with the cookie designs. I understand Wish Upon A Cookie will not replicate a set designed by anyone else. 

 

Orders placed less than 10 days prior to requested pick up date, will be charged a rush fee of $35.00/dz.  Rush orders are dependent upon availability.

 

I acknowledge that the pick-up location is in Frisco, Texas.

ALL CLASSES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

​

Teacher Treat Box subscription is NONREFUNDABLE.  Should you change schools or teachers, we will update the subscription accordingly.   Should you leave the local area,  we are happy to continue delivering the box to your students teacher.
